The Colony is a dystopian sci-fi thriller set in a bleak future where Earth has been devastated by climate change, forcing the elite to flee to a distant planet called Kepler-209. However, after years away, the survivors on Kepler discover that they can no longer reproduce, prompting a mission back to Earth to see if humanity can return. Astronaut Blake (Nora Arnezeder) crash-lands on the now flooded and desolate Earth, only to discover that survivors still exist—living in harsh conditions and facing conflicts of their own.
As Blake navigates this treacherous world, she must decide where her true loyalties lie: with the remnants of Earth’s survivors or with the elites who abandoned the planet long ago. The film explores themes of survival, morality, and the consequences of human actions on the environment.
